Only a few places on Earth where you can see “Ryuhyo,” or drift ice, exist. “Ryuhyo,” also known as “Ryuhyou,” is a Japanese term that refers to drift ice, particularly in the Sea of Okhotsk and the Sea of Japan. It is a seasonal phenomenon where ice formed in the northern regions drifts southward due to ocean currents and cold temperatures.

Sometimes, Ryuhyou drifts far from the shore, so even during its season, you may not be able to see it. Spotting Ryuhyou can be a matter of luck.

Please note that the colors and tones of the prints may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and printing medium.
